No. APIWatchdog uses smart alert logic. A single failed check triggers a confirmation check before sending an alert, which filters out brief network blips and transient failures. You only get alerted when an issue is confirmed — and you'll receive a recovery notification automatically when the endpoint comes back online.

Absolutely. APIWatchdog supports Bearer token authentication, API key headers, Basic Auth, and custom HTTP headers. Your credentials are stored securely and encrypted at rest. You can update or rotate credentials from your dashboard at any time.

Yes, you can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your monitoring will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will pause. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged for a service you're not using.

Team member limits vary by plan: Basic (1), Growth (3), Scale (10), and Pro (unlimited). Each team member can have customized alert preferences and access levels. The Lifetime plan includes unlimited team members.
